DUI Arrests, Vehicle Damaged: Naperville Police Blotter
Naperville Police Department reports, July 23

Tuesday, July 23
Suspended/revoked license
Christopher Clarence Smith, 36, of Sheridan, was arrested at 3:23 a.m. near Golden Gate Lane and North Aurora Road, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond.
DUI
- Joyce Sliwinski, 54, of Aurora, was arrested at 11:27 a.m. near Benton Avenue and North Ellsworth Street, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted bond.
- Samuel Allen Lowery, 24, of Lockport, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. near Washington Street and Shuman Boulevard, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond.
No insurance
Rolando Torres Jaramillo, 21, of Joliet, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. near Ogden Avenue and West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. He posted bond.
Warrant
Adam Habee Rangoonwala, 18, of Montgomery, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. near 95th Street and Wildcat Way, police said. He was charged on a warrant. He posted bond.
Catalytic converters stolen
- A catalytic converter was stolen in the 1300 block of Ivy Lane, police said.
- A catalytic converter was stolen in the 1600 block of Brookdale Road, police said.
A vehicle was damaged in the 200 block of Willoway Drive, police said.
