The Community Career Center will host its "Dancing with the Celebrities" fundraiser from 5 to 8 p.m. on Sept. 22 at The Pavilion at Meson Sabika, 1025 Aurora Ave. Local celebrities will partner with professional dancers. Participating celebs include State Representative Darlene Senger, Councilmen Kenn Miller and Grant Wehrli, City Manager Doug Krieger, Fire Chief Mark Puknaitis and Naperville Magazine publisher Leah Rippe. Judges include Mayor A. George Pradel, Police Chief David E. Dial, Community Relations Manager Nadja Lalvani and Attorney W. Brand Bobosky. The event will also include a silent auction, raffle and exhibition dance performance. Tickets are $60 per person; please RSVP by Sept. 15.
