Film Festival, Special Events, More For Earth Week In Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville has a slew of events scheduled for its 2024 celebration of Earth Week. The activities include a film festival, family-friendly festivities, volunteer opportunities and more.

Shredding Event

On April 20, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., head to the Centennial Beach parking lot for a free shredding event. Residents can bring up to two boxes of documents that will be shredded at no cost to them.

One Earth Film Festival

Slated for April 17 through April 23, the One Earth Film Festival will feature movies that shine the spotlight on the importance of conservation. The film selection includes Common Ground, Carbon: The Unauthorized Biography and more throughout the Chicago area.

Arbor Day Tree Sale

Naperville's Arbor Day Tree Sale offers a variety of tree species and sizes for purchase through April 17. Click the link for more information about the Arbor Day Tree Sale.

Volunteer Opportunities
