Free Cone Day! Get The Scoop At Ben & Jerry's Naperville
Try not to scream...for the free ice cream Ben & Jerry's Naperville Scoop Shop will be serving up for their annual Free Cone Day.
NAPERVILLE, IL — Ben and Jerry's Naperville Scoop Shop will be serving up heaps of smiles when it celebrates Free Cone Day on April 16. During the annual event, the shop will also be accepting donations of items to benefit the Naperville Humane Society.
Here's the scoop: Customers can get a free scoop of ice cream served in a sugar cone or a cup between 12 p.m. and 8 p.m. on April 16 at Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop, 120 Water St., Naperville. To upgrade to a waffle cone, bring a $2 donation to benefit the Naperville Humane Society.
"This annual event is our way of thanking our fans for their continued support," shop owner Christina O’Toole, said in a statement.

She added, “We are happy to help the Naperville Humane Society celebrate their 45th Anniversary, because we believe in supporting and helping animals find their loving forever homes."
Customers can bring the following items to donate to the humane society:

- Bleach
- Cat litter (non-clumping)
- Fancy Feast canned pate for kittens (no fish)
- Liquid laundry detergent
- Science Diet dry kitten food with chicken
- Soft dog treats
Since 2015, Ben & Jerry's has served more than 1 million scoops during its annual Free Cone Day.
The Naperville Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop opened during the summer of 2021 and offers more than 30 flavors of the famous ice cream.
