How Do You Feel About Your Trash? City Wants to Know

The wants to know how residents feel about their garbage and how it's being handled. 

As part of the Strategic Plan Initiatives adopted by the Naperville City Council, the city is evaluating its current refuse and recycling collection programs, according to the city of Naperville.

By utilizing results from an online survey, the Department of Public Works will examine whether or not residents are satisfied with the current program. 

City officials are encouraging residents to take part in the survey and provide feedback on services such as curbside collection and recycling centers.

The brief survey is now available online through Aug. 31 at www.surveymonkey.com/s/garbagecollection and on the city’s website at www.naperville.il.us/garbage.aspx as well as www.naperville.il.us/curbsiderecycling.aspx. 

Results will be available for the public to view this fall, according to the city of Naperville. Paper copies of the survey are also available by contacting the Department of Public Works at 630-420-6095.
