It really validated that the personalized, no big sales pressure approach at all our other locations is something our patients really value here in Naperville as well.”

It’s not easy breaking into the Naperville market that is already saturated with healthcare options, let alone making a top list the first year of a clinic’s doors being open. Another part of their success may have to do with how they handle their initial assessments the first time patients come in. “We really believe in a ‘no-pressure approach,” says Dr. Polcyn. “The first time we see a patient, we take a little more time than others often do. We are really trying to find the root cause of their pain. That way we don’t just fix it, but are able to teach the patient how to prevent the problem from ever coming back.”
