Kids Enjoy All Treats, No Tricks at Safety Town
More than 1,000 children went trick-or-treating at The Naperville Junior Woman's Club's annual Trick-or-Treat event at Safety Town Saturday.
More than 1,500 kids made their way through on Saturday. There was a brief safety lesson for children before they started trick-or-treating around Safety Town showing off their costumes and collect their goodies. Admission to the event was $1 per child and at least one non-perishable food donation for Loaves & Fishes per child.
Almost 2,000 pounds of food was donated and more than $350 in cash donations were made to .
The Naperville Junior Woman's Club had more than 35 sponsors that donated candy, toys or free meals to the kids.

More than 80 teen volunteers, 30 Naperville Juniors and many sponsors spent the day at Safety Town making this event happen.
The Naperville Junior Woman's Club next event is event on Nov. 3 at Hotel Arista. To learn more about the event and to buy tickets visit www.napervillejuniors.org. All proceeds will benefit Safety Town and DuPage PADS.
