Soliciting

Christopher Dijon Carter, 21, of Oswego, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. in the 1300 block of Hunter Circle, police said. He was charged with soliciting without a permit. He posted bond. 

Possession of cannabis

Nicholas Vieyra, 30, of Lockport, was arrested at 10:28 p.m. in the 100 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond. 

Window shattered

A window on a front door was shattered in the 3700 block of Nicanoa Lane, police said.

iPhone stolen

An iPhone was stolen from a front yard in the 700 block of Hageman Place, police said.

Items stolen from vehicle

Items were removed from a vehicle while it was parked in a driveway in the 4300 block of Camelot Circle, police said. 

Signs taken

Two signs were stolen in the 500 block of West Ogden Avenue, police said. 

Tires damaged

Holes were poked in two tires on a vehicle in the 1300 block of Modaff Road, police said. 

Mailbox blown up

A mailbox, valued at $70, was blown up in the 1600 block of White Pines Court, police said. 

Windshield smashed

A windshield of a 1995 Ford Mustang was smashed by a baseball bat in the 100 block of North Wright Street, police said.
