Man, 57, Killed In Single-Car Crash In Naperville

Police said a passenger was killed in the crash, which took place on Naper Boulevard Sunday morning.

NAPERVILLE, IL — A 57-year-old man was killed in a single-car crash in Naperville Sunday morning. Police say the crash took place around 6:15 a.m. on Naper Boulevard near the intersection of Bayhill Avenue.

According to police, the driver of the 2004 Nissan was heading north on Naper Boulevard when his car went off the road and hit a tree. Both the driver and passenger were taken to an area hospital, where the passenger died.

The crash is currently under investigation and authorities are not releasing the identities of the driver and passenger while the investigation is underway.
