Naperville Junior Woman’s Club Seeks Community Support for Annual Martin Avenue Thanksgiving Dinner
Community donations help fund the Thanksgiving meal and year-round senior outreach through NJWC's Adopt a Senior Program
Naperville, IL — November 5, 2025 —The Naperville Junior Woman’s Club (NJWC) is proud to continue a beloved community tradition — the Annual Thanksgiving Dinner for residents of the Martin Avenue Apartments — and is seeking donations to help make this special event possible.
For over 40 years, NJWC members have gathered each November to serve a warm Thanksgiving meal to the residents of Martin Avenue Apartments, a local senior and low-income housing community. This long-standing tradition brings together food, friendship, and gratitude, reminding residents that they are valued and cared for during the holiday season.
“This dinner has been part of our club’s heart for generations,” said Tracy Kleinberg, NJWC President. “It’s a wonderful way to share the spirit of Thanksgiving and give back to members of our community who mean so much to us.”
