Naperville Starbucks Reserve Closes Temporarily For Redesign
The coffee shop, located at 203 S. Main St., will be temporarily closed as it gets turned into a more traditional Starbucks location.

NAPERVILLE, IL — The Starbucks Reserve store on Main Street in downtown Naperville is closed temporarily to allow for a redesign that will transform the space into a more traditional Starbucks.
A spokesperson for the Seattle-based company told Patch via email that the shift comes after "careful consideration" amid a routine evaluation of the Starbucks store portfolio "to ensure it’s meeting the needs of our customers and the communities we serve."
Starbucks Reserve cafes typically feature more rare, coffee blends, along with inventive and experimental brews, cocktails and artisanal desserts, according to the company website. Returning to a more traditional menu means the 203 S. Main St. location will focus less on craft and experimental coffees and serve up the brand's better-known cold brews, lattes, frappuccinos and other items.
