New Principals Named For Naper Elementary, Meadow Glens

Naperville Community Unit School District 203 recently announced the appointment of new principals for two of its elementary schools.

NAPERVILLE, IL — New principals were recently appointed for two of Naperville Community Unit School District 203's elementary schools.

Erin Rodriguez was named as principal for Naper Elementary and Alex Morrow was chosen as principal of Meadow Glens Elementary School.

Rodriguez comes to District 203 from Indian Prairie School District 204, where she served as a principal. Prior to serving as District 204's principal, Rodriguez taught third and fourth grade and was a Student Services Coordinator.

She earned her bachelors degree in elementary education at Illinois State University before earning a master's degrees at Aurora University in education and leadership and a master's degree in education from Olivet Nazarene University.

"Building strong relationships is at the heart of everything I do," Rodriguez said in a statement.

She added, "I firmly believe in collaboration to create an environment where all students can thrive."

Morrow got her start in education in District 203, where she has served as a testing coordinator, a new educator lead and learning support coach.

She has bachelors degrees in communication and elementary education from DePaul University, along with master's degrees from University of St. Francis and Aurora University.
