Over $1,000 Raised By Pennies For Pies Fundraiser In Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — This year's Pennies for Pies raised more than $1,000 to help Loaves & Fishes gives Thanksgiving pies to residents in need.

The drive, which ran Nov. 3 through Nov. 21, raised a total of $1,045.82, according to the Naperville Park District. With these funds, 130 pies were donated.

Pennies for Pies marked its 19th year in 2025. The initiative was founded in 2006 and inspired by a lesson shared with local preschoolers about how small donations can add up to make a significant impact to help others.
