NAPERVILLE, IL — The now-vacant building that once housed Barnes & Noble in downtown Naperville won't be empty for too long. The space at the intersection of Chicago and Washington is set to be occupied by Wells Fargo and Fidelity Investments, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The Barnes & Noble store shuttered in January amid plans to relocate to a shopping plaza in the 2500 block of Route 34 in Oswego.

Wells Fargo and Fidelity will take up just over 10,500 square feet of the space, leaving some 8,000 square feet up for grabs on the building's upper level.
