Police Blotter: 10 DUI Arrests, Retail Theft, Pumpkin Chuckin'

Friday, Nov. 9
Driving under the influence
- James Michael Kolar, 54, of the 1500 block of Wexford Court in Aurora, was arrested at 10:49 p.m. near White Eagle Drive and Deering Bay Drive, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. His bond was $300.
- Vincent Frank Lewandowski, 47, of the 800 block of Hackberry Lane in Algonquin, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. near 81st Street and Modaff Road, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $300.
Retail theft
- Courtney Marie Kindernay, 19, of the 14000 block of South Kelly Avenue in Plainfield, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 75th Street, police said. She was charged with retail theft. Her bond was $150.
- Molly Francis Aguilar, 18, of the 2800 block of Ruth Fitzgerald Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 7:17 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 75th Street, police said. She was charged with retail theft. Her bond was $150.
- Karl Stewart, 43, of the 4900 block of West Ferdinand Street in Chicago, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. in the 2800 block of South Sacramento in Chicago, police said. He was charged with retail theft and transported to DuPage County Jail.
Suspended/revoked license

Harlan James Baumgartner, 23, of the 1000 block of Hemlock Lane, was arrested at 6:46 a.m. near Huntington Circle and Naper Boulevard, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and no insurance. His bail was $2,000.

Christopher John Lee, 36, of the 1800 block of Shetland Road, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged with battery. His bond was $1,000.
Saturday, Nov. 10
Driving under the influence
- James Bradley Vanderploeg, 33, of the 900 block of Winners Cup Court, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. near Breckenridge Lane and Plainfield Naperville Road, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. His bond was $300.
- Matthew Ryan Wasinger, 34, of the 1400 block of King Edward Avenue in Saint Charles, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. near East Ogden Avenue and North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. His bail was $3,000.
- Christopher Paul Barclay, 29, of the 300 block of ½ north 1st Street in Geneva, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. near Butterfield Road and Route 59, police said. He was charged with improper lane usage and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
Battery
- Jimmy James Reed, 53, of the 2400 block of Marshall Parkway in Waukegan, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. in the first block of South Whispering Hills Drive, police said. He was charged with three counts of battery. His bail was $1,500.
- Erik Lafeef Williams, 21, of the 3100 block of Longwood Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 11:02 p.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with battery. His bail was $1,500.
- Steven Christopher Williams, 28, of the 2700 block of Village Green Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 11:02 p.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with resisting a peace officer and battery. His bond was $150.
- Darren Ezell Hatchett, 24, of the 2900 block of Fairmont Avenue in Aurora, was arrested at 11:02 p.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with battery. His bail was $1,500.
Disorderly conduct
Adam Robert Muller, 24, of the 1500 block of Warbler Drive, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. in the first block of West Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with two counts of resisting a peace officer, false report to 911 and disorderly conduct. His bond was $150.
Sunday, Nov. 11
Battery
Veronica Adriana Rodriguez, 29, of the 6000 block of Oakwood Drive in Lisle, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. in the first block of West Jefferson, police said. She was charged with resisting a peace officer, battery and criminal trespass to a building. She was transported to DuPage County Jail.
Driving under the influence
- Andrew J. Adam, 32, of the 400 block of Massachusetts Avenue, was arrested at 2:01 a.m. near South Washington Street and Clyde Drive, police said. He was charged with speeding and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $300.
- Matthew James McWilliams, 23, of the 8000 block of Milligton Court in Belleville, was arrested at 2:32 a.m. near East Benton Avenue and North Brainard Street, police said. He was charged with disobeying a stop sign, no insurance, driving on a suspended/revoked license and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
- Pervis Lavell Craig, 28, of the 300 block of Richmond Drive in Romeoville, was arrested at 2:37 a.m. in the 111th Street and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor and improper lane usage. His bail was $3,000.
- Theresa Anne Snow, 51, of the 500 block of South Washington Street, was arrested at 5:12 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and South Main Street, police said. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed. Her bond was $300.
- Levonta Terrell James, 23, of the 1200 block of Foxcroft Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. near East Ogden Avenue and North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended/revoked license and no insurance. His bail was $3,000.
Warrant arrest
Larry Donald Reynolds, 19, of the 400 block of East Indian Trail in Aurora, was arrested at 3 a.m. near East Ogden Avenue and North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with obstructing identification and a failure-to-appear warrant. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.
Theft of labor/services
- Lawrence Gerard Roberts, 19, of the 100 block of Saffron Lane in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 3:12 a.m. in the first block of Testa Drive, police said. He was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor and theft of labor/services. His bail was $1,500.
- Viviana Gallegos, 19, of the 2400 block of Woodlake Court, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. near East Ogden and North Washington Street, police said. She was charged with theft of labor/services and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Her bond was $150.
Monday, Nov. 12
Possession of cannabis
Ross Hunter Hendricks, 22, of the 200 block of Stone Manor Circle in Batavia, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. in the 100 block of South Whispering Hills Drive, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis and a failure-to-appear warrant. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.
Suspended/revoked license
Monica L. Kuhn, 47, of the 1100 block of West Ogden Avenue, was arrested at 8:35 a.m. in the 1000 block of North Washington Street, police said. She was charged with no insurance and driving on a suspended/revoked license. Her bond was $300.
Warrant arrest
Joseph Kendall Black, 41, of the 6000 block of Vail Drive in Westmont, was arrested at 4:18 p.m. near Fort Hill Drive and Fairbanks Court, police said. He was charged on two failure-to-appear warrants and transported to Will County Jail.
Stolen laptop
A laptop was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 1500 block of Aurora Avenue, police said.
Slashed tire
A tire was slashed and a passenger side of car was keyed in the 400 block of Kiowa Drive, police said.
Pumpkin chuckin'
A pumpkin was thrown at a car but no damage was done in the 1100 block of Andover Court, police said.
Stolen jewelry
Sometime over the last eight months, jewelry was stolen in the 1000 block of Book Court, police said.
Graffiti
Black marker was used to write on playground equipment in the 1000 block of Magnolia Lane, police said.
