Theft/deception
Brunston Tremell Howse, 36, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. in the 2600 block of California, police said. He was charged with theft/deception and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Elizabeth Mackintos, 41, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. near Ogden Avenue and Wisconsin Street, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted bond.
Suspended/revoked license

- Geovanny Hernandez, 19, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. near Diehl Road and Country Lakes Drive, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond.
- Anthony Eugene Smith, 38, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. near Washington Street and Worthing Drive, police said. He was charged with driving on a on a warrant and driving on a suspended/revoked license and transported to DuPage County Jail.
No insurance
Larry Johnson, 31, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. near La Fox Avenue and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. He posted bond.
Creepin' in the driveway
A suspicious man was reported standing near a vehicle in a driveway for 15 minutes in the 400 block of Olesen Drive, police said.
Burglary to unlocked vehicle
Property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said.
Seat slashed
The seat of a city-owned Kubota U35 end loader was cut while it was left at a work site along Route 59 near West Jefferson, police said.

A 3-foot-tall cement jockey statue with an electrical lantern was stolen from the front porch of a home in the 1000 block of East Hillside Road, police said.
Aggressive customer
An "aggressive" customer was reported in a store in the 100 block of South Washington Street, police said.
