Possession of drug paraphernalia

Julian Inocencio Ortega, 22, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. near Ogden Avenue and North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted bond. 

DUI

Gerald Wayne Yeomans, 53, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. near Mill Street and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 

Possession of cannabis

Charles Edward Benford, 45, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. near 95th Street and Reflection Drive, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond. 

Theft

A bald, 250-pound black male wearing a black/red jersey and jeans and a 170-pound white female wearing a pink shirt and white pants stole electronics after throwing the electronics over a fence of a store's lawn and garden department in the 700 block of South Route 59. The electronics are valued at $1150, police said. 

Gym broken into

Sometime between May 3 and May 6, someone entered a recreation facility in the 800 block of Corday Drive by bending a small sliding bar latch. Once inside, the subject defecated on the floor of the gym's women's restroom, police said.

Bicycle stolen

A black Giant bicycle was stolen from a parking lot in the 0-99 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. 

Phone stolen

A cellphone was stolen from a jacket in the 1700 block of West Ogden Avenue, police said.
