Police Blotter: DUI, Statues Beheaded, Theft

Criminal trespass

Justin Steven Gauer, 22, of the 9300 block of Lisbon Road in Yorkville, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. in the 2800 block of Showplace Drive, police said. He was charged with criminal trespass to land after he was asked to leave AMC Theater, but refused to do so, said. His bond was $120.

Suspended/revoked license

• Ryan Thomas Pollard, 26,of the 0-99 block of Oriole Court, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. in the 1200 block of Olympus Drive ,police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance and driving on suspended/revoked license. His bail was $2,000.
• Patrick Cortez Fisher, 19, of the 600 block of Lakewood Farms Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. in the 0-99 block of South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with driving on suspended/revoked license, operating a vehicle without insurance and illegal operation of sound amplification. His bail was $2,000.

Warrant arrest

• Samir Karmah Muhamed, 30, of the 8800 block of West 85^th Street in Justice, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. in the 800 block of South Washington Street, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $2,000.
• Percy John Wilson Davis, 25, of the 600 block of East Downer Street in Aurora, was arrested at 8:49 p.m. in the 0-99 block of South Washington Street, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $6,000.

Possession of a controlled substance 

Robert Gregory Byland, 18, of the 600 block of Ozier Drive in Batavia, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. in the 0-99 block of South Mill Street, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Driving under the influence

James Robert Weincek, 28, of the 1400 block of Bangor Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. near 95^th Street and Long Acre Drive, police said. He was charged with improper lane usage, speeding and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000. 

Window smashed

A rear window of a Hyundai Accent was broken overnight in the 2400 block of Stoneleigh Court, police said .

Statues beheaded

Concrete lawn statues were tipped over and beheaded in the 1600 block of Swallow Street, police said.

Theft

• A spare tire and hitch cover were taken from a vehicle in the 400 block of Fairway Drive, police said.
• An unlocked vehicle was entered and miscellaneous items were taken in the 1300 block of Queensgreen Circle, police said.

Driving under the influence

• Cuong Tran, 31, of the 1900 block of Ridgemoor Drive in Plainfield, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. in the 2800 block of south Route 59, police said. He was charged with failure right of way for an emergency vehicle, improper lane usage, improper turn at an intersection and driving under the influence of  alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
• Police said Ryan Weston Whittingham, 22, of the 1000 block of Muirhead Avenue, was arrested at 2:17 a.m. in the 1500 block of South Washington Street. He was charged with improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $100.
• David Wayne Dennis, 24, of the 0-99 block of East 14^th Avenue, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. in the 700 block of North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with speeding, no driver’s license, operating a vehicle without insurance, illegal lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
• Police said Dwayne L. Douglas, 45, of the 3900 block of Littlestone Circle, was arrested at 4:51 a.m. in the 0-99 block of Hassert Boulevard. He was charged with illegal lane usage, improper registration, operating a vehicle without insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $100.
• Michelle Ashley Sciortino, 18, of the 2800 block of North Rosa Lane in Casa Grande, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. in the 200 block of Fort Hill Drive, police said. She was charged with illegal possession/transportation of liquor, disobeying a traffic signal, speeding, possession of liquor by a minor, consumption of liquor by a minor, failure to give a signal and driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.
• Police said Jose Fernando Garcia, 19, of the 200 block of South Lincoln in Aurora, was arrested at 6:14 a.m. in the 4400 block of East New York Street. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance, no driver’s license, traffic control violation, illegal possession/transportation of liquor, improper lane usage and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Disorderly conduct

Kyle Michael Madden, 23, of the 10000 block of Lakeside Drive in Orland Park, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. in the 0-99 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with disorderly conduct breach of peace. His bond was $120.

Battery

James M. Morgan, 44, of the 100 block of East Bailey Road, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. at his residence, police said. He was charged with battery. His bail was $1,500. 

Last call

Erin M. Reilly, 21, of the 22000 block of Princeton Circle in Frankfort, was arrested at 1:41 a.m. in the 0-99 block of West Chicago Avenue, police said. She was charged with fighting after punching a bartender while urinating in the doorway, police said. Her bond was $120. 

Retail theft

Jacqulyn Elizabeth Potokar, 30, of the 900 block of Bennington Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. in the 700 block of South Route 59, police said. She was charged with retail theft. Her bail was $1,500.

Theft

Nadia Latoya Greenidge, 29, of the 3000 block of West Cullerton Street in Chicago, was arrested at 9:14 p.m. in the 700 block of South West Street, police said. She was charged with theft and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Suspended/revoked license

Myron Ernest Jones, 54, of the 400 block of Ingleside Avenue in Aurora, was arrested at 9:16 a.m. near South Washington Street and Bluebird Lane, police said. He was charged with speeding and driving on suspended/revoked license. His dbail was $1,500.

Possession of cannabis

Joseph James Krev, 21, of the 3800 block of Cheryl Court in Aurora, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. near South Heritage Meadows Drive nad West 119^th Street, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis and a failure to appear warrant. His bail was $5,000.

Pain at the pump

A man placed his wallet on the trunk of his car while filling up his vehicle with gas then drove off, loosing his wallet in the 600 block of South Washington Street, police said. 

Vandalized garage door

Phallic symbols and profanity were drawn on an overhead garage door during the overnight hours in the 1500 block of William Penn Drive, police said. 

Hit and run

A vehicle was struck by an unknown yellow vehicle in the 3100 block of South Route 59, police said.

Criminal trespass

Christopher Michael Hubbard, 21, of the 6800 block of Didrikson Lane in Woodridge, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. in the 0-99 block of South West Street, police said. He was charged with theft and criminal trespass to land. His bond was $120.

Driving under the influence

• John A. King, 33, of the 600 block of Rosner Drive in Roselle, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. in the 0-99 block of West 5^th Avenue, police said. He was charged with disobeying a traffic control signal, operating a vehicle without insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
• Police said Marisa Nevarez, 31, of the 900 block of West Jones Street in Plano, was arrested at 2:37 a.m. in the 400 block of Village Green Road. She was charged with expired registration, illegal possession/transportation of liquor, improper lane usage and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.
• Catherine Bridget Frandson, 32, of the 2800 block of Rutland Circle, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. in the 2900 block of 95^th Street, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. Her bail was $3,000.
• Police said Jacqueline Nicole Sparks, 25, of the 1600 block of country Lakes Drive, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. in the 1500 block of Aurora Avenue. She was charged with failure to give a signal, disregarding a stop sign, operating a vehicle without insurance, endangering the health/life of a child and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.
• Kimberly Laurice Mebane, 29, of the 700 block of Zaininger Avenue, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. near East Ogden Avenue and North Columbia Street, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and illegal transportation/possession of liquor. Her bail was $3,000.
• Taylor A. Speaker, 27, of the 200 block of Crooked Treet Court, was arrested at 3:18 a.m. near Ring Road and Danbury Drive, police said. He was charged with failure to reduce speed, possession of cannabis, illegal lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Police said Jefffery Allan Tischart, 57, of the 100 block of Grady Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. in the 1200 block of South Washington Street. He was charged with improper turn at an intersection, violating license class 1st and 2nd division, operating a vehicle without insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Contributing to delinquency of a minor

• Christopher James Pinnick, 21, of the 1000 block of Hyde Park Lane, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. at his residence police said. He was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor for hosting a party.
• Reginald Baggett, 20, of the 200 block of Elmwood Drive, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. in the 1000 block of Hyde Park Lane, police said. He was charged with interfering with an officer and contributing to the delinquency of a minor for hosting a party. His bond was $120.
• Ryan Alan Yaeger, 21, of the 900 block of John Friend Drive, was arrested at 4:47 a.m. at his residence, police said. He was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor for hosting a party. His bond was $120.

Possession of cannabis

Tareya Mikai Rhone, 37, of the 700 block of Zaininger Avenue, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. in the 600 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis, not wearing a seat belt and illegal possession/transportation of liquor. His bond was $120.

Pedestrian under the influence

John Martin Brasch, 23, of the 1400 block of Durness Court, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. in the 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with pedestrian under the influence and interfering with an officer. His bond was $120.

Warrant arrest

Demetrice Marcellos Robinson, 36, of the 700 block of Meadow Lake Drive, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. near Meadow Lake Drive and North Naper Boulevard, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance, driving on suspended/revoked license and a failure-to-appear warrant. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Battery

• Terry Wayne Parker, 47, of the 2500 block of Versailles Avenue, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. at his residence, police said. He was charged with interfering with domestic reporting and domestic battery. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.
• Police said Leslie Andrew Warden, 22, of the 2200 block of Lakeside Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. in the 0-99 block of West Chicago Avenue. He was charged with two counts of battery. His bail was $1,500.

Violating protection order

Jabari Rashad Hartfield, 18, of the 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. in the 1000 block of Hyde Park Lane, police said. He was charged with violating a protection order and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Disorderly conduct

Alex R. Valladares, 21, of the 400 block of Millcreek Lane, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. in the 0-99 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer. His bond was $120.

Retail theft

Jennifer Lynn Mulder, 29, of the 3900 block of Blackstone Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. in the 700 block of South Route 59, police said. She was charged with retail theft. 776 Her bail was $1,500.
