Friday, Jan. 18
Driving under the influence
David A. Schild, 59, of the 1600 Lionsdale Avenue, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. near Fort Hill Drive and West Ogden Avenue, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $100.

Marquis T. Nathan, 18, of the 200 block of Meadowbrook Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. in the 3100 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with retail theft.

William Michael Rooney, 22, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. in the 0-99 block of West Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Possession of cannabis
Amee Rae Gottardo, 41, of the 2600 block of Idaho Road, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. near Route 59 and LaCrosse Lane, police said. She was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance. Her bail was $3,000.
Driving under the influence
- Alejandro Godinez, 37, of the 8400 block of Captons Lane in Darien, was arrested at 2:17 a.m. near Ogden Avenue and North Washington Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
- Keith Martin Kierzek, 23, of the 8900 block of South Nashville in Oak Lawn, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. near Mill Street and West 6th Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
Disorderly conduct
Pawel Jan Fracek, 37, of the 1600 block of Westminster Drive, was arrested at 6:53 a.m. in the 1600 block of Westminster Drive, police said. He was charged with disorderly conduct. His bond was $120.
No insurance
Farren Rikyle James, 32, of the 30W 100 block of Bruce Lane, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. near Gowdey Road and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. His bail was $3,000.
Retail theft
Anna R. Smith, 31, of the 6400 block of Cardinal Drive in Hodgkins, was arrested at 2:47 p.m. in the 2800 block of 95th Street, police said. She was charged with retail theft.
Prostitution
Ashlynd Nickole Clouse, 22, of the 900 block of South 6th Street in Marshall, was arrested at 11:24 p.m. in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road, police said. She was charged with prostitution.
Sunday, Jan. 20
No insurance
Catherine Eneida Rodriguez, 19, of the 1200 block of Arrowwood Court in Aurora, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. near Ellsworth Street and School Street, police said. She was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. Her bail was $3,000.
Suspended/revoked license
Humberto Marquez-Rascon, 27, of the 2900 block of Wortester in Aurora, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and South Birchwood Drive, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $1,500.
Driving under the influence
Jose Antonio Torres, 42, of the 800 block of Hill Avenue, was arrested at 11:46 p.m. near Hobson Road and Olesen Drive, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
Laptop stolen
An HP laptop valued at $2500 was reported taken from a truck in the 2500 block of Durango Lane. The theft may have occurred in Chicago, Aurora, or Naperville, police said.
Fake ID
A person was stopped by staff for trying to enter a bar with a fake ID in the 0-99 block of Chicago Avenue, police said.
Retail theft
About $120 in baby formula was stolen from a store in the 2800 block of 95th Street, police said.
Endangering life of child
A woman left her 2-year-old daughter in her car for approximately five minutes while she shopped in a liquor store in the 2700 block of Aurora Avenue, police said.
