Police Blotter: Missing Debit Card, Stolen Display TV and Possession

Wednesday, Sept. 14 

Warrant arrest

Cyrell Louise King, 23, of the 1600 block of Kautz Road, Aurora, was arrested at 8:59 p.m. at 1350 Aurora Avenue, on an original warrant from Will County, the , police said. Her bail was $30,000 and she was taken to the Will County Jail.

Possession

Daniel Jose Blanco, 19, of the 1200 block of Bainbridge Drive, was arrested at 9:43 p.m. in the 1300 block of Bond Street and Brookdale Road on charges of possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, violating the lights and lamps act and disobeying a stop sign, police said. His bond was $120.

Criminal damage

A 68-year-old woman in the 1500 block of Sequoia Road reported that a nail was driven into the sidewall of one of her car’s tires overnight, police said.

Theft

  • A 59-year-old woman in the 1300 block of Springdale Circle reported that an American Express gift card was stolen from her home, police said. She told police she suspects her cleaning lady.
  • A 22-year-old man reported Wednesday that on Aug. 15, his bank debit card was stolen while he was at Features Bar and that the card was used to make five withdrawals in Bridgeview totaling $500, police said.

Someone reported that a television was stolen from a kitchen display at Plass Appliance between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., police said. The television was valued at $250.
