Police Blotter: Possession of Cannabis, Toyota Tampering, Graffiti

Possession of cannabis 

Thomas Andrew Loiacone, 21, of the 500 block of South Washington Street in Wheaton, was arrested at 11:57 p.m. in the first block of East Chicago Avenue, said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. His bond was $120.

  • Thomas Joseph Meehan, 24, of the 1600 block of Lonsdale Avenue, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged on two failure-to-appear warrants. His bail was $2,000.
  • Everardo Puga, 48, of the 500 block of Fifth Avenue in Aurora, was arrested at 7:55 a.m. in the 3000 block of 111th Street, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $1,500.

Toyota tampering

A catalytic converter on a green 2000 Toyota Avalon was tampered with while it was parked on the fourth floor of a parking garage in the 800 block of South Washington Street, police said.

Graffiti

  • Graffiti was found in the 500 block of Spring Avenue, police said.
  • Graffiti was found on walls, a sign and a dumpster in the 400 block of Spring Avenue, police said. 

Vandalism

Two lights were broken in a parking lot in the 4000 block of Chinaberry Lane, police said.
