Police Blotter: Retail Theft, Purse Stolen, Drug Paraphernalia

Naperville Police Department reports, July 23

Monday, July 23

No driver's license 

Sergio Gamaliel Cerna-Rodriguez, 23, of the 3100 block of Tamberhill Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and Wild Cherry Road, said. He was charged with no driver’s license. His bail was $1,500.

Jeffrey Scott Milder, 37, of the 700 block of Benedetti Drive, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. at his residence, police said. He was charged with Illinois vehicle code offenses. His bail was $15,000.

Sylvia Lynn French, 49, of the 300 block of Morgan Valley Drive in Oswego, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. in the 1300 block of South Route 59, police said. She was charged with retail theft. Her bail was $1,500.

Possession of a controlled substance

  • Maksim Mikhailavich Savchenko, 26, of the 35W300 block of Park Avenue in St. Charles, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. near Westings Avenue and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and improper turn at an intersection. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.
  • Andrew Charles Krause, 22, of the 500 block of South 11th Avenue in St. Charles, was arrested at 6 p.m. near Westings Avenue and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.

Purse stolen

A purse was reported stolen in the 500 block of South Route 59, police said.
