Police Car Flips In 3-Vehicle Crash In Naperville: PD
The police car flipped while en route to an emergency call, Commander Rick Krakow told Patch.
NAPERVILLE, IL — A Naperville Police Department squad car flipped and landed on its roof after a three-car crash Monday night. The crash took place near Naperville Crossings at 95th Street and Rte. 59.
Commander Ricky Krakow told Patch the driver was en route to an emergency call for a person who was not breathing when the crash took place. He said the police officer and two other people were taken to a nearby hospital with what were believed to be minor injuries.
As of 8:15 p.m. Monday, Krakow said the circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
