Possession of Cannabis, Vehicles Broken Into: Naperville Police Blotter

Deceptive practice
Terry Lee Washington, 52, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Plaza Drive, police said. He was charged with deceptive practice and transported to DuPage County Jail.
Protection order violation
Nicole Leanne Bultinick, 37, was arrested at 3:49 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. She was charged with protection order violation. She posted bond.
Criminal trespass
Catarino Reyes, 47, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. near North Aurora Road and Frontenac Road, police said. He was charged with criminal trespass to land. He posted bond.
Possession of cannabis
Grace Colleen Ford, 23, was arrested at 3:03 a.m. near Highland Avenue and South Brainard Street, police said. She was charged with possession of cannabis. She posted bond.
Warrant
- Meghan Siobhan Kelly, 27, was arrested at 10:31 a.m. in the 1500 block of Abbotsford Drive, police said. She was charged on a warrant. She posted bond.
- Jacob Joseph Obriecht, 22, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. in the 700 block of Royal Saint George Drive, police said. He was charged on a warrant. He posted bond.
- Justin David Crowell, 32, was arrested at 1:51 p.m. near Naper Boulevard and Market Avenue, police said. He was charged on a warrant. He posted bond.
- Richard V. Lewis, 44, was arrested at 11:12 p.m. in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road, police said. He was charged on a warrant and released to another agency.
- DVD players, radar detectors and sunglasses were taken overnight from vehicles in the 3300 block of Scottsdale Court, police said.
- A car window was broken and a purse as well as a GPS unit were stolen in the 2800 block of Cantore Road, police said. A landscaping rock was also thrown through the front storm door window.
- A vehicle was broken into last week in the 800 block of Benedetti Drive, police said.
A wallet was found at Burger King in the 500 block of South Washington Street, police said.
