Craig Russell Schobert, 31, was arrested at 1:47 p.m. near Tudor Drive and Gowdey Road, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. 

Retail theft

Ramiro Medrano, 47, was arrested at 5:14 p.m. in the 700 block of Fort Hill Drive, police said. He was charged with retail theft. He posted bond. 

Warrant

David Michael Cabrere, 47, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. in the 1100 block of Conan Doyle Road, police said. He was charged on a warrant. He posted bond. 

Window smashed

Someone used a landscaping rock to smash the passenger side windshield of a 2009 black Lexus near Ellsworth Street and East Van Buren Avenue, police said. 

Late-night pool dip

A pool area was broken into overnight in the 1600 block of Brookdale Road, police said.
