Friday, July 19

Deceptive practice

Joshua Lyle Davis-Nguyen, 28, of Oswego, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. at Will County Jail. He was charged with deceptive practice and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Sexual predator in a park

Nequan Timothy Vaughn, 29, of Aurora, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. in the 1400 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with sexual predator in a park and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Warrant

Daniel Lomeli Ibarra, 36, of Plainfield, was arrested at 5:07 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged on a warrant. He posted bond.

Assault

David Cameron Russell, 53, of Yorkville, was arrested at 8:09 p.m. in the 400 block of Denali Circle, police said. He was charged with assault. He posted bond.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Emilo Lewis Martinez, 27, of Joliet, was arrested at 9:06 p.m. near 83rd Street and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted bond.

Possession of cannabis

Darien Myles Hutchinson, 20, of Naperville, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. in the 500 block of South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond.

DUI

Douglas E. Leduc, 26, of Oswego, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. near Jefferson Avenue and South Brainard Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond.
