Shake Shack Now Open At Block 59 In Naperville

Known for its inventive milkshakes, the eatery, which serves burgers, dogs and other bites, will feature a dining room and drive-thru.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville's Block 59 development is starting to come to life, with Shake Shack hosting its grand opening Wednesday. Known for its creative milkshake flavors, Shake Shack Naperville features a dining room and a two-lane drive-thru at 404 S. Route 59.

The eatery also serves up burgers, hot dogs, French fries, custard and other handhelds.

To celebrate the grand opening, Shake Shack is offering its earliest visitors a custom, branded tote bag adorned with art by Eric Junker, an artist known for creating vibrant murals. A dollar from each sandwich sold on March 12 will be donated to Loaves and Fishes by Shake Shack.

Shake Shack's Block 59 location is open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, with extended hours from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

The 82,500 square foot Block 59 redevelopment promises to bring other popular dining options to the city. The site will also be home to Velvet Taco, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Piccolo Buco, Stan's Donuts, Fresh Fin and First Watch.
