Shots Fired In Naperville Neighborhood: Report

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville police are seeking information from the public after officers were dispatched early Tuesday morning to reports of shots fired near Palmer Circle and White Eagle Drive.

Police were on the scene of a residential burglary about 3:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 2600 block of Deering Bay Drive when a resident reported hearing gunshots near Palmer and White Eagle 20 minutes earlier, the Daily Herald reports.

A preliminary investigation shows the shots came from a dark vehicle driving toward Route 59, the newspaper said.
