Springbrook Golf Course to Close August 1 for Renovations
The driving range, clubhouse, practice areas and patio will remain open during construction

Springbrook Golf Course will close Monday, August 1 to allow renovation work to begin on the nearly 50-year-old golf course. The closing of the course is necessary to allow contractors to completely rebuild all tees and bunkers, complete drainage work that began in 2021, update green surrounds, and add new bridges and cart paths. Work is expected to be completed in the late fall, and the course will re-open in the late spring/early summer of 2023. Additional details regarding the renovation can be found at https://golfnaperville.org/2022-renovation-of-springbrook-golf-course/.
While the construction is taking place, the clubhouse, practice areas and driving range will remain available for patrons and will open daily at 7:00 a.m.
Naperbrook will remain open for daily play while Springbrook is closed. It is expected that the demand for tee times will exceed the capacity of one golf course, resulting in limited tee time availability, especially during mornings and weekends. Tee times can be made up to 14 days in advance at www.golfnaperville.org, or by calling either golf shop.

“We recognize that the closing of Springbrook will reduce the available tee times for our patrons of both courses and make things a bit more challenging temporarily for our golfers,” said Director of Golf Kevin Carlson. “However, we hope our players are as excited as we are regarding the improvements at Springbrook, and look forward to seeing everyone back at Springbrook next summer.”
