Naperville Police Department reports, June 7 - 9

Friday, June 7

Possession of firearm/invalid FOID

Marvine O. Javellana, 46, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged with possession of a firearm/invalid FOID. He posted bond. 

Possession of cannabis

Dillon Patrick Strack, 20, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. near 75th Street and Rickert Drive, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond. 

Possession of drug paraphernalia 

Santiago Deavila, 24, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. near Ranchview Drive and East 75th Street, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted bond. 

Suspended/revoked license

Brian Joseph Woolman, 25, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. near Mill Street and Ferry Road, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond. 

Saturday, June 8

DUI

  • Tyler Michael Gray, 18, was arrested at 1:31 a.m. near Brossman Street and 95th Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and transported to DuPage County Jail. 
  • Michelle Emiko Leblanc, 41, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. near Washington Street and East 14th Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 
  • Jesus Gustavo Gutierrez, 24, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. near River Road and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 

Fighting

  • Jeffrey Paul Wojcik, 29, was arrested at 1:14 a.m. in the 0-99 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with fighting. He posted bond. 
  • Estevan Alonzo Rodriguez, 28, was arrested at 1:14 a.m. in the 0-99 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with fighting. He posted bond. 
Battery

Jermaine Richard Johnson, 30, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. in the 0-99 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged with battery. He posted bond. 

Suspended/revoked license

Brian Michael Hart, 46, was arrested at 4:12 p.m. in the 1000 block of Route 30, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond.

  • Brock Ballard Holmes, 22, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. near Quincy Avenue and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 
  • Brian Timothy Creghin, 41, was arrested at 10:32 p.m. in the 900 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He psoted bond. 
  • Malcom Anthony Blockett, 21, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. near 75th Street and Beebe Drive, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of drugs. He posted bond. 
  • Sunny Bipin Patel, 23, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. in the 500 block of South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 
  • Brett Wayne Hushaw, 41, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. near 75th Street and Route 59, police said. He was charged with aggravated driving under the influence. He posted bond. 
  • Jeremy Devon Evans, 33, was arrested at 3:18 a.m. near Chicago Avenue and South Brainard Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond.

Two exterior decorative lamps were damaged in the 3400 block of White Eagle Drive, police said. 

Window broken

The passenger window of a 2003 Mercedes Benz was broken in the 2700 block of Fitness Drive, police said. 

Graffiti 

A sign was spray painted in the 2700 block of Seiler Drive, police said. 

Ammo turned in

Ammunition was turned into police for destruction, police said. 

Strange man in a van

A man in a van was seen taking pictures inside of a residential neighborhood int he 2300 block of Fescue Road, police said.
