Survey Says: Naperville Residents Likely Own Vacation Homes

If you own a home in Naperville, there’s a good chance it isn’t your only property.

Residents of our fair city are likely to own a vacation home as well, that according to Crain’s Chicago Business.

In one of its recent market facts publications, Crain’s researched which residents around the Chicago area own vacation properties. The national average is represented by an index of 100, according to Crain’s. Its research shows Naperville is above average.

Hinsdale has the highest index of rental-home owners at 440. Naperville’s zip code 60565 has the highest index for zip codes in town at an index of 266.
