Teens Charged After Drippy Smoke Shop Burglarized In Naperville
A 14- and 15-year-old boy are accused of using a rock to shatter a window to get into the North Aurora Road store and steal vape products.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Two teens burglarized a vape store in Naperville and fled police on foot early Sunday, according to police. A 14- and 15-year-old boy were charged with burglary and misdemeanor criminal damage to property.
Officers were called to Drippy Vape shop at 1552 Aurora Rd. just after 1 a.m. for a report of a burglary. Police say it appeared the teens used a rock to shatter a window. Once inside, they stole vape products before fleeing on foot.
The teens were spotted nearby about 40 minutes after the burglary alarm went off. The pair attempted to flee on foot when officers tried to detain them. They were taken into custody shortly after and have been ordered to be on home detention and electronically monitored.
