In addition to live music, Howlin' at the Moon will feature a contortionist, a sword swallower, fire dancers and a haunted area. Attendees can take part in a costume contest with a $250 first prize for the winner.
“Expect a spooky-fun scene! Amongst the fog and gravestones, a 15-foot werewolf and menacing gargoyle loom the historic grounds, while fire fills the night sky and dances along to the music. Nightmares come alive in the outdoor haunt and magic is found amongst the Halloween-themed vendors in the Moonlight Market. Guests and monsters alike can take a break and warm up next to a campfire before seeing the contortionist, sword swallower and other shocking acts on the sideshow stage.” Adison Glick, special events senior team leader 1 at Naper Settlement, said in a statement.
