In April, meditation and hands-on teaching skills come together. You’ll explore Dhyana and Samadhi through accessible, real-life understanding, experience a holiday-themed mindfulness reflection, and learn how supportive manual adjustments enhance the student experience. We revisit Sun Salutations A and B with deeper nuance, strengthening both the meditative and physical aspects of your practice. This month builds confidence, awareness, and compassionate teaching skills.

May focuses on the art and science of rest. You’ll learn why Savasana matters, not just as a closing posture but as a transformational integration practice. You’ll receive guidance for leading restorative moments with clarity and care, and you’ll explore the basics of Yoga Nidra. Daily micro-meditations invite you to bring relaxation into everyday life. This month strengthens your ability to hold space and teaches you the value of stillness as a powerful yoga tool.

June deepens your understanding of the Eight Limbs of Yoga and how they guide personal and teaching evolution.
