NEW LENOX, IL — Creativity is on display—with a quirky Halloween twist—through Nov. 2 at the New Lenox Village Commons.

Featuring designs by local businesses and organizations, the Scarecrow Stroll captures the spirit of Halloween, with skeletons dressed up to reflect creators' visions. Some are more traditionally appearing as scarecrows, with others playing more off the skeleton idea. This year's stroll includes more than 80 scarecrows, the Village said Monday.

"There is an outstanding level of creativity on display from our local organizations," the Village said Monday. "Thank you to everyone who created a scarecrow!"
