The following information is from the New Lenox Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt.


April 29

  • Roynald J. Heintz, 66, of New Lenox, was charged with battery. According to police reports, an officer was dispatched to the Exxon Mobil gas station at 570 E. Laraway Road, for a report of a battery. Upon arrival, the officer learned that Heintz had struck a person in the knee with a shovel following a road rage incident and argument. Heintz was arrested and taken to the NLPD. Heintz posted bond and was released.
  • Luis Cisneros, 62, of Joliet, was charged with driving while license suspended. According to police reports, an officer was on patrol in the area of U.S. Route 30 and Vine Street and witnessed Cisneros' vehicle in traffic with suspended registration. The officer conduced a traffic stop and learned that Cisneros had a revoked driver’s license. Cisneros was arrested and taken to the NLPD. Cisneros posted bond and was released.

April 30

  • Jasmia J. Edmond, 22, of Monee, was charged with driving while license suspended. According to police reports, The officer was on patrol in the area of Laraway Road and Schoolhouse Road and saw Edmond commit a moving violation. The officer conduced a traffic stop and learned that Edmond had a suspended driver’s license. Edmond was arrested and taken to the NLPD. Edmond posted bond and was released.

May 1

  • Amanda N. Hulbert, 39, of Oak Forest, was charged with driving while license suspended. According to police reports, an officer was on patrol in the area of Gougar Road and U.S. Route 6 and saw Hulbert commit a moving violation. The officer conduced a traffic stop and learned that Hulbert had a suspended driver’s license. Hulbert was arrested and taken to the NLPD.
    Hulbert posted bond and was released.

  • James D. Crosby, 30, of Joilet, was charged with driving while license suspended and was arrested for an outstanding warrant. According to police reports, an officer was on patrol in the area of U.S. Route 30 and Gougar Road and saw a vehicle in traffic with a registration violation. The officer conduced a traffic stop and learned that Crosby had an outstanding Will County warrant out for his arrest. The officer also learned that Crosby had a suspended driver’s license. Crosby was arrested and taken to the NLPD. Crosby was transferred to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

May 4

  • Greg D. Larkins, 48, of Chicago, was charged with aggravated DUI and driving while license suspended. According to police reports, an officer was dispatched to the area of U.S. Route 30 and Interstate 80 for a report of a suspicious vehicle in traffic. Upon arrival, the officer saw Larkins reversing his vehicle in traffic. The officer conduced a traffic stop and learned that Larkins was driving under the influence of alcohol. The officer also learned that Larkins had a suspended driver’s license. Larkins was arrested and taken to the NLPD. Larkins was transferred to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

May 5

  • Bradley A. Warmac, 30, of Lansing, was charged with aggravated DUI and driving while license suspended. According to police reports, an officer was on patrol in the area of U.S. Route 30 and Williams Street and saw Warmac commit a moving violation. The officer conduced a traffic stop and learned that Warmac was driving under the influence of alcohol. The officer also learned that Warmac had a suspended driver’s license. Warmac was arrested and taken to the NLPD. Warmac was transferred to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
