Battery, DUI: New Lenox Police Reports

New Lenox police reports for Oct. 23 through Nov. 6.

The following information is from the New Lenox Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt.


Oct. 23

  • Andrew D. Taylor, 40, of Richton Park, was charged with DUI. According to police reports, an officer was dispatched to Exxon Mobil at 121 W. Laraway Road for a reckless driver complaint. The officer found the vehicle and saw a moving violation while the vehicle was in traffic. The officer conducted a traffic stop and met with the driver, Taylor. The officer determined Taylor was under the influence of alcohol. Taylor was arrested and taken to the NLPD. He posted bond and was released.

  • William K. Sevenberg, 26, of Manteno was charged with DUI. According to police reports, an officer was dispatched to the area of Laraway Road and Cedar Road for a two-vehicle accident. The officer spoke with both parties involved, and determined Sevenberg was under the influence of alcohol. Sevenberg was arrested and taken to the NLPD. He posted bond and was released.

Oct. 26

  • Samantha N. Sidler, 26, of New Lenox, was charged with driving while license suspended. According to police reports, an officer on patrol was conducting random registration checks on vehicles. The officer conducted a traffic stop on Sidler and confirmed that she had a suspended driver’s license. Sidler was arrested and taken to the NLPD, where she posted bond and was released.

  • Byran M. Weeks, 28, of Sauk Village, was charged with driving while license suspended. According to police reports, The officer on patrol saw a vehicle in traffic with an equipment violation. The officer conducted a traffic stop and learned that Weeks had a suspended driver’s license. He was arrested and taken to the NLPD, where he posted bond and was released.

Oct. 28

  • Dylan R. Burton, 25, of Chicago, was charged with driving while license suspended. According to police reports, an officer on patrol saw a vehicle in traffic with an equipment violation. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and learned that Burton had a suspended driver’s license. He was arrested and taken to the NLPD, where he posted bond and was released.

Oct. 29

  • Rashad T. Harris, 32, of Chicago, was charged with driving while license suspended. According to police reports, an officer on patrol saw a vehicle in traffic with an equipment violation. The officer conducted a traffic stop and learned that Harris had a suspended driver’s license. He was arrested and taken to the NLPD, where he posted bond and was released.

Oct. 30

  • Bryon O. Pickler, 39, of Monee, was charged with driving while license suspended. According to police reports, an officer was dispatched to NLPD for the report of domestic trouble. The officer spoke to the complainant who said that his father, Pickler, had made threats to his mother. During an investigation the officer learned that Pickler had a suspended driver’s license. The officer found Pickler, who was driving his vehicle at the time, and conducted a traffic stop. He was arrested and taken to the NLPD, where he posted bond and was released.

Oct. 31

  • Sara Mayo, 29, of Joliet, and Alexander Davila, 22, of Joliet, were charged with battery. According to police reports, an officer was dispatched to Buffalo Wild Wings for a battery report. The officer arrived and learned that an employee had water thrown all over him and was pushed by both Mayo and Davila. They were both arrested and taken to the NLPD, where they posted bond and were released.

Nov. 4

  • Lawrence C. Heady, 22, of Hazel Crest, was charged with driving while suspended, and Daniel H. Dominguez, 23, of Chicago Heights, was arrested on a warrant. According to police reports, an officer on patrol saw a vehicle with expired registration in traffic. The officer conducted a traffic stop and met with the driver, Heady. The officer learned that Heady had a suspended driver’s license, and Dominguez had an active arrest warrant out of Park Forest. Heady and Dominguez were arrested and taken to the NLPD. Heady posted bond and was released, and Dominguez was taken to Park Forest Police Department.

Nov. 6

  • Cleo M. Robinson, 50, of Joliet, was charged with driving while license suspended. According to police reports, an officer was patrol saw a vehicle speeding in traffic. The officer conducted a traffic stop and learned that Robinson had a revoked driver’s license. She was arrested and taken to the NLPD, where she posted bond and was released.
