Hanna's Hope Fundraiser: 7-year-old Hanna Ackerman is Battling Cancer
Hanna Ackerman, 7, New Lenox, is battling cancer. A fund raiser, Hanna's Holiday Workshop, is planned for Dec. 1 at Tom Kelly's Chop House and Pub.
Hanna's Holiday Workshop is a fundraiser for 7-year-old Hanna Ackerman, New Lenox.
While she is fighting a hard battle with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL,) there's a lot of support from her family and friends.
A fundraiser is scheduled from noon-5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at Tom Kelly's Chophouse and Pub, 495 Degroate Road.

The fundraiser is supported by small home-based businesses, including Pampered Chef, Tastefully Simple, Premier Jewelry and MaryKay Cosmetics and more. Gifts and raffle prizes are expected to be on-hand.
