Know Before You Go: Ringo Starr To Play Sold-Out Show In New Lenox
Must-know info for the big show Saturday, Sept. 14.
NEW LENOX, IL — It's almost time for a Beatle to take the stage at New Lenox Commons.
Ringo Starr will perform Saturday, Sept. 14, to a sold-out crowd.
Starr, who was the drummer of the groundbreaking rock band is joined by his All Starr band, comprised of Warren Ham (of "Kansas"), Edgar Winter, Steve Lukather (of "Toto"), Hamish Stuart, Colin Hay (of "Men At Work"), and Gregg Bissonette of the David Lee Roth Band.

Opening for Ringo will be British-American trio Raynes, and Brookyln-based Gooseberry.
What To Know
- 3:30 p.m.: Shuttle service begins
- 4:30 p.m.: Gates open
- 5 to 6 p.m.: Opener Raynes plays
- 6:30 to 7:15 p.m.: Opener Gooseberry is up
- 8 p.m.: Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band perform

Limited parking is available at the Village Hall south lot (1 Veterans Parkway), the New Lenox Public Library (120 Veterans Parkway), Old Plank Trail Community Bank (280 Veterans Parkway), and Trinity Services (301 Veterans Parkway).
Additional free parking is available at the Route 30 Metra station, located at 201 N. Prairie in New Lenox. Access to the venue is provided via a free shuttle service that runs continuously throughout the event. Shuttles drop off in the Village Commons at the corner of Veterans Parkway and Gear, near Gate 1.
Accessibility
Accessible parking is available at the New Lenox Police Department's administrative lot, located to the southeast of the building. Patrons then have the option of being transported to the concert entry gate via golf cart. Limited accessible parking spaces are also available in the Village Hall south lot and the New Lenox Public Library lot.
Accessible seating is reserved on the concrete surface in front of the Village Commons concession stand.
What To Leave At Home
The following items are prohibited: video/audio recording devices, professional cameras and cameras with detachable lenses, pets (excluding service animals), outside food or beverages, tables, wagons, and umbrellas. Small, empty, soft-sided/collapsible coolers are permitted. All bags are subject to search. Blankets and lawn chairs are permitted.
Reminders
The show is rain or shine, and once you leave, you can't come back. Children ages 8 and under are admitted free and must be accompanied by an adult. Smoking is prohibited.
Food and Drink
Food and beverages, including alcohol, will be available for sale at the show. Patrons must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol. Drink tickets, which are available for sale on site for $5, must be used for all alcohol purchases (one ticket = one beverage). Drink ticket sales are cash only, and an ATM is available on site. Drink tickets are only valid at the concert at which they are purchased.
