Masked Men Steal Stash Of Cigarettes From New Lenox Gas Station: PD

NEW LENOX, IL — Two masked men stole a garbage bag full of cigarettes from a New Lenox gas station April 22, police said.

Police were called to Circle K just after 3:30 p.m. April 22 for a report of a burglary at Circle K, 471 Nelson Rd. An employee told police that two men in ski masks had entered the store, walked behind the counter, and filled a garbage bag with cigarettes from the display, according to police reports.

The men did not say anything or display any weapons. No employees were injured.

The value of the cigarettes is not known at this time.
