New Lenox Schools Opt For E-Learning, Closure Thursday
With a chance of more snowfall Thursday, some New Lenox schools are choosing to do remote learning or closing for the day.

NEW LENOX, IL — While most of the snowfall is moving out of the area Wednesday evening, there is still a chance for additional snow Thursday in New Lenox.
Patch is keeping a list of which schools in New Lenox have decided to close or offer remote learning, according to information on the Emergency Closing Center website.
The following New Lenox schools will be closed closed Thursday: (This list will update as additional schools announce closings.)

- New Lenox School District 122. (E-learning)
- Lincoln-Way Community High School District 210. (E-learning)
- Providence Catholic High School (E-learning).
- Providence Catholic Children's Academy.
- St. Jude Catholic School.
- Hopewell Career Academy.
Additionally, the New Lenox Public Library District will be closed Thursday.
New Lenox saw 11 inches of snowfall from Tuesday night into Wednesday, according to information from The Weather Channel.
