New Life Church Makes Waves with Vacation Bible School

The children's ministry along with the worship team at on Gougar Road came together Wednesday to host a five-day Vacation Bible School program.

At least 200 children from the surrounding communities attended the lively event that featured a South Pacific island theme.

A band of teenagers called The Island Toppers greeted youngsters with an enthusiastic rendidtion of praise music, featuring vocalists, musicians and dancers.

A host of other activities such as crafts and foot races were spread out throughout the building and outside.
