NEW LENOX, IL — Less than a month after the abrupt closing of Bulldog Ale House in New Lenox, a deal with a new tenant is inked, with details to come later this month.

The owner of the business set to occupy the space at 2387 Joliet Highway confirmed that it will be a sit-down restaurant and bar, with few other specifics disclosed to Patch as of Thursday.

A liquor license for the business is expected to go before the New Lenox Village Board later this month, said Economic Development Coordinator Nancy Dye.
