Village Of New Lenox: Surviving An Active Shooter Event Free Training

NEW LENOX, IL — A course entitled “Surviving an Active Shooter Event” is being offered by the Village of New Lenox, through its Safe Community Coalition. This free, two-hour interactive course, was designed by the National Safety Council and will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. May 23 in the Community Room at the New Lenox Village Hall.

Everyone in attendance will receive a participant guide that compliments the instructor’s lecture. This course is recommended for anyone high school age and up.
