Village Plans Drive-Through Flu Shot Clinic

Join the Village of New Lenox and Jewel-Osco on Saturday, October 24th from 8am-12pm, to get your FREE seasonal Flu Shot. NO PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

DETAILS:

* The clinic will be held in the Village Commons (101 Veterans Parkway, New Lenox), for individuals ages 3 and up.

* Please enter the Village Commons off of Haven Ave, turning north on to Gear. Cars will line up in the order they arrive, and will be directed through the line to receive their vaccine.

* Three forms of the flu vaccine will be available: Regular, Egg Free and High Dose (for those 65+)

* These vaccines are FREE with most insurance providers (Medicare Part B and VA insurance included) and will be administered by a Jewel-Osco pharmacist. If you are not covered under an insurance policy, please call for options.

* At the event, you will be required to remain in your vehicle and wear a face mask.

* Pneumonia vaccines will also be available upon request.

YOU WILL NEED:

1) Face Mask
2) Insurance Card
3) Consent Form (see form below for download, pick a copy up at Village Hall, OR fill one out upon arrival)
