UPDATE: No Injuries In Multi-Vehicle Crash That Shut Down I-80

NEW LENOX, IL — All three lanes on westbound Interstate 80 in New Lenox were reopened Thursday afternoon following an earlier crash involving three semis, according to Illinois State Police.

The crash happened Thursday at around 10:35 a.m., police said. Traffic was able to get by only on the left shoulder, according to a tweet from WBBM Newradio.

All lanes were reopened at 1:07 p.m., police said. No injuries were reported.

The drivers' names involved in the crash have not been released by Illinois State Police. It remains unclear if any charges will be filed.
