Morton Grove Crime: Hypodermic Needles, Hammering To Disturb Neighbors

ARRESTS  


Margaret Clifford, 41, of Skokie was stopped for traffic violations at Lehigh and Mulford May 22, police said,  and charged with driving without a driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 07/10/13.

Jozef Komosa, 66, of Morton Grove was charged with disorderly conduct May 23 after police determined he was pounding a hammer against his floor in order to harass his downstairs neighbor, according to the report. Court date is scheduled for 07/10/13.

Lukasz Wojewoda, 26, of Morton Grove was charged with possession of hypodermic needles May 24 in the 9300 block of Ozark. Court date is scheduled for 06/20/13.

Javier Malave, 36, of Chicago was stopped for traffic violations May 26 in the 5600 block of Dempster, police said,  and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 06/16/13.

Elliott McGillivray, 27, of Niles, was stopped at Dempster and Austin for traffic violations May 26, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 06/20/13.
  
Demis Mejia, 37, of Chicago was stopped May 26 at Dempster and Fernald for traffic violations, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 06/25/13.

MISCELLANEOUS  

In a theft case May 21 at 9544 Waukegan Road, an unknown offender filled a vehicle with gasoline without paying for it and drove off.  

In a criminal damage to property case May 21 in the 9000 block of Oleander, unknown offender(s) damaged the rear window of the victim’s vehicle.

In a theft case May 25 at 7971 Golf Road, unknown offender filled a vehicle with gasoline without paying for it and drove off.
