Morton Grove's Traffic Safety Commission members support a plan to clearly label northbound Central Street as one lane as it approaches Church Street, according to the Morton Grove Champion.
A woman who lives in the area said her car was parked on Central and was hit by a motorist trying to speed up in the shoulder of the road, the paper said.Â
