Police Blotter: Criminal Trespass, DUI

The following arrest information was supplied by the Morton Grove police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Dec. 1 
Criminal Trespass - Mark S. Sarnoff, 49, of Lake Zurich, was charged with being in a vacant house on the 8000 block of Parkside without permission of the owner. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 12.

Dec. 2 
Minor Consumption of Alcohol/DUI - David M. Boshes, 19, of Lincolnwood, was stopped for traffic violations on the 5000 block of Church and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol while being under the age of 21. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 9. 

Dec. 3 
Driving Under the Influence - Daniel Delgado, 26, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations on the 6000 of Dempster and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. His court date is scheduled for Dec. 28. 

Dec. 2 
Theft Over $500 - Rimma Likover, 26, of Glenview, allegedly took a number of checks from her former employer and cashed them for her own gain without the permission of her former employer. Her court date is scheduled for Dec. 15. 

Dec. 3  
Driving while license suspended - Katasha M. Mack, 35, of Skokie, was stopped near Dempster and Fernald for traffic violations and charged with driving on a suspended license. Court date is scheduled for Jan. 12. 

Dec. 5 
Driving with license revoked - Cristian G. Anghel, 33, of Des Plaines, was stopped on the 8000 block of Dempster for traffic violations and charged with driving on a revoked license.   

Dec. 5 
Possession of Cannabis/Paraphernalia - Theodore J. Kunach, 18, of Elmwood Park, was stopped on the 6000 block of Dempster for traffic violations and burnt cannabis could allegedly be smelled within the vehicle. A consent search resulted in finding suspected cannabis and drug paraphernalia within the vehicle. Suspect was charged with possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 18.
