Police Blotter: Retail Theft, DUI
The police department has provided the following reports. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

"Readers are reminded that an arrest by the police does not constitute a finding of guilt, and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty," according to a statement from police Cmdr. Michael Fujara. All information comes directly from police reports.
Sept. 19
No Driverโs License - Police arrested Ermin Guaman, 24, of Chicago, after being stopped for traffic violations and found to be driving without a driverโs license. Court date is scheduled for Oct. 4.
Sept. 15
DUI - Police arrested Gary Nicolay, 47, of Morton Grove, after he was stopped for traffic violations and arrested for DUI. His court date is scheduled for Oct. 21.
Sept. 17
No Driverโs License - Andreos Baban, 18, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations and found to be driving without a driverโs license. Court date is scheduled for Oct. 4.
Sept. 21
No Driverโs License - Police arrested Joshua Klen, 20, of Skokie, after he was stopped for traffic violations and found to be driving without a driverโs license. He was given a court date of Nov. 3.

Setp. 20
No Driverโs License - Humberto Bucio, 25, of Chicago, was arrested after being stopped for traffic violations and found to be driving without a driverโs license. He was given a court date of Oct. 21.
Sept. 20
Suspended Driverโs License - Camercon Seymoar, 26, of Niles, was stopped for traffic violations and found to be driving on a suspended driverโs license. Court date is scheduled for Oct. 19.
Sept. 17
When Push Comes to Shove - Ali Mohammed Louafi, 37, of Morton Grove, allegedly pushed the victim with his hands after the victim and offenderโs wife were involved in a verbal argument. His court date is scheduled for Nov. 7.
Sept. 16
Retail Theft - Joy Siler, 36, of Glenview, was observed taking several items and exiting a retail store at 7200 Dempster St. without paying for them. Her court date is scheduled for Sept. 28.
Sept. 15
Retail Theft - Salvatore Incardone, 53, of Itasca, was observed concealing blades and exiting a retail store at 6300 Oakton St. without paying for them. His court date is scheduled for Sept. 28.
Sept. 17
Retail Theft - Filonas Puscas, 57, of Chicago, was observed concealing bits and exiting a retail store at 6300 Oakton St. without paying for them. Court date is scheduled for Oct. 21.
